1 Strategic Operational Leadership Operations Support Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure processes run smoothly across different departments. Monitor ongoing services and address any operational issues that arise, working with relevant teams to resolve problems quickly.
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of operations, ensuring resources and staff are allocated effectively to meet service demands. Maintain accurate records of operational activities, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible for reporting purposes (Connect team, PERMS and any other required system) Coordinate production of operational data to support the processing of time sheets and invoicing Coordination Serve as a central point of contact between departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams.
Work closely with managers and lead on required operational projects from scoping, planning and implementation. Assist in coordinating team meetings, training sessions, and other operational events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
