Job Description
  • Assisting with recruitment, including posting job ads and organising interviews
  • Helping to organise staff training sessions and appraisals
  • Maintaining employee records in line with privacy requirements
  • Preparing and amending HR documents, like employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Supporting the HR department's daily activities
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies
  • Participating in the organisation of company events
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
  • 12 month FTC

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Admin should have:

  • General administration/office experience
  • WILLINGNESS/DRIVE TO LEARN ABOUT HR
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of UK labour laws
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
