Job Description- Assisting with recruitment, including posting job ads and organising interviews
- Helping to organise staff training sessions and appraisals
- Maintaining employee records in line with privacy requirements
- Preparing and amending HR documents, like employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Supporting the HR department's daily activities
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance with HR policies
- Participating in the organisation of company events
- Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures
- 12 month FTC
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Admin should have:
- General administration/office experience
- WILLINGNESS/DRIVE TO LEARN ABOUT HR
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of UK labour laws
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A competitive salary up to £28,000 per annum
