Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the daily kitchen operation, ensuring smooth

service

Managing stock control, ordering, and checking deliveries
Recruiting, training, and mentoring junior team members
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
Innovating and maintaining high standards across menus
Playing a key role in creating memorable dining experiences

Requirements/Desirables:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role
Expertise in working with fresh, high-quality ingredients
NVQ Level 2 in Food Production & Cooking (or equivalent)
Level 3 Food Hygiene certification
A passion for creating exceptional food with attention to detail
Strong leadership and organizational skills
