The Role

This Interim Revenue Operations Manager role will lead the end-to-end Order to Cash (OTC) function, with a particular focus on Accounts Receivable (AR), revenue accounting, and 3PL oversight. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full OTC cycle, from invoicing and collections through to cash application and credit management

  • Providing financial oversight of 3PL-related revenue flows, including coordination of cut-offs and reconciliation
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX across all revenue-related operations
  • Supporting month-end revenue accounting, including gross-to-net adjustments and reporting under US GAAP
  • Leading or contributing to process improvement and automation initiatives across OTC and AR functions

Your Profile

You'll be a confident and delivery-focused finance professional with:

  • Strong operational finance experience, particularly in Accounts Receivable / Order to Cash functions
  • A deep understanding of revenue accounting and compliance, ideally in a regulated environment (SOX/US GAAP)
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and manage key relationships with 3PL providers, commercial teams, and internal finance stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with large ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
  • A proactive, adaptable, and detail-driven approach to managing change and driving process excellence
