Location: London (Central) Permanent, Full-time Salary: £35K WHAT YOU’LL DO The key responsibilities of this role will include: Oversee the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service Management of reception staff, including training and ongoing performance management Support leadership team with budget tracking and cost control Liaise with third-party facilities providers to coordinate building maintenance, fire testing and security requirements Support and collborate the broader organisation on adhoc projects where required WHO YOU ARE This role will suit a highly organised individual, with strong time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
