Care Quality Assurance Officer
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Quality Assurance Officer to join us!
This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working, and a salary of £27,372 - £31,169 per annum.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Care Quality Assurance Officer to join our Care Quality Assurance Team.
The Role:The role predominantly involves care quality monitoring and supporting the external adult social care provision within in The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead across all customer groups.
In addition, working jointly with social care practitioners, social workers, and adult care providers including commissioners.
Your role will involveEffective communication and liaising with and supporting care providers
Accurate data entry, analysis and reporting from databases.
Observing care delivery and reporting monitoring outcomesWhat we are looking for:
An individual who has experience of adult social care, or quality assurance.A good understanding of IT with skills including MS Office, word, excel, spreadsheets
Sound knowledge of safeguarding adults
The ability to make decisions based on evidence
An interest in improving practice
