Full Address: Across our centres in Llanfairpwllgwyngyll, Cheshire (Tattenhall) and HQ based in Ellesmere Port.
Remote/Hybrid working available but visits to Centre Site and HQ will be expected.
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Edsential Community Interest Group as a Sales & Business development Executive based across our Outdoor Education Centres within Cheshire and Anglesey.
The Conway Centres have been providing inspirational outdoor adventures and arts courses for over 45 years. We are seeking an exciting, confident and experienced salesperson to join our teams in Anglesey and Cheshire to spread the word about the Conway Centres.You will need to develop an in-depth knowledge of each of the four Conway Centres, the products they sell and the market within which we deliver.
This is a new role for the Centres and offers an exciting opportunity to build an effective sales function and make the role your own under the support of your manager and wider team.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Proactively contact, build and manage relationships with all school, groups and businesses who have enquired or previously visited the Conway Centres.
- Generating new business leads and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Establishing and developing relationships with new prospects.
- Contacting Marketing leads.
- Maintaining accurate recording of enquiries, sales contact and bookings.
- Upselling and maximising bookings with customers.
- Support the development, execution, and maintenance of the Conway Centres sales plan, working closely with Marketing colleagues and the Guest Experience team.
- Ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
- Working closely with the wider team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance to contribute to departmental monthly and annual performance targets.
- Attending trade shows and industry events to promote the centres.
