Yeovil College is currently undergoing a major redevelopment project, making it an exciting time to join our team as an Estates and Facilities Coordinator and be part of building a new future. This pivotal role ensures the efficient operation of the college’s estates and facilities, providing the perfect opportunity for someone with a strong compliance background along with the ability to communicate effectively and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You’ll also manage customer-facing services, ensuring a positive, supportive, and accessible experience.

What we're looking for:
  • Previous management or supervisory experience within a facilities setting.
  • Proven experience of managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and engage with the team.
  • Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
  • Effective organisation skills with a systematic approach to problem solving.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining compliance.
  • Flexibility with working hours to cover shift patterns.
