Within this role, you will handle customer inquiries, process orders and refunds, track deliveries, manage complaints, and provide internet support while ensuring a professional and positive experience. The role requires problem-solving abilities, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in IT systems such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service within an office, retail, or administrative setting, with strong communication skills both over the phone and in writing.Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or e-commerce is essential, with stock control and warehouse experience being desirable.
YOU MUST HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN TRANSPORT.
This is a temp to perm role.
You will work from Monday to Friday, from 8am until 4pm.
