As a Clerical Officer, you will play an integral role in the General Office, providing a confidential, friendly, confident, and efficient reception and administration service to patients, members of the public, and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include:- Offering excellent customer service while following all Trust processes and policies.
- Assisting the Estates PA in providing efficient and effective administrative support.
- Handling various clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, scheduling meetings using Outlook, and maintaining databases.
- Responding to internal and external telephone inquiries and ensuring accurate message handling or forwarding.
- Managing the daily collection, opening, and date-stamping of incoming mail and dealing with outgoing mail efficiently.
