• Leading and managing the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Developing and executing the financial strategy of the company.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory accounting practices and procedures.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the Board of Directors.
• Overseeing budget planning and monitoring financial performance.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and financial institutions.
• Guiding financial decisions by applying company policies and managing risks.
• Contributing to the company's mission and strategic direction as part of the executive leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:

• A professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a finance department.
• Strong understanding of statutory accounting practices and procedures.
• Excellent financial and business acumen.
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and financial institutions.

• An attractive daily rate of between £300 and £350 a day
