Job Description- Lead the development and implementation of data products in the Analytics department.
- Define and execute the data strategy in alignment with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Guide the data team in creating innovative data products.
- Ensure data products align with company standards and industry regulations.
- Manage the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in data and analytics.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure data products meet their needs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Product Manager should have:
- Experience in data product management within the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of data, analytics, and product development.
- Educational background in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- An estimated salary range of £75,500 - £90,000 per annum.
