To be considered for the position of a Teaching Assistant, ideally you would have:
- Experience teaching in a primary or secondary school setting
- Hold a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
- Able to demonstrate recent classroom experience
- Be dedicated to raising standards and be a good role model
- Have experience with SEND children (not essential)
