We are looking for as soon as possible, an ambitious and energetic Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team at Luware Recording-in London- City.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in supporting our sales efforts and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards
- Serve as the primary contact for existing customers with upselling potential, fostering strong relationships
- Develop tailored solution offerings for our Luware Recording Communication Compliance offering
- Oversee the renewal process to maintain high levels of customer retention and satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and Customer Success teams to align strategies and optimize sales opportunities
- Maintain and update sales records and customer information in the Salesforce CRM system
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, including processing orders and preparing sales reports
- Handle 3rd party license orders, upsells and overages
Your skills:
- Relevant experience in Sales Operations, within the IT industry- mandatory
- Focus on offer preparation, upselling, and managing renewals
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping an eye on quality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Self-motivated, with a collaborative team-oriented mindset
- Proficient in guiding the sales process and supporting customers through to contract signing
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) to manage sales activities and track performance
