Office Manager £45,000 - £55,000 Central London 5 days in the office My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to join a growing luxury asset management firm. The successful candidate will be familiar with working within a high-performing, fast-paced corporate environment which operates across multiple sites. The chosen candidate will be experienced in leading and managing an administrative team. This role requires the candidate to be on-site for 5days a week from 10:00am to 6:00pm. What you’ll do:
Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and external sites while maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence.Develop and implement operational policies, solutions and procedures that align with the businesses strategic goals.Ensure the administrative staff are completing their work in a professional and timely manner.Collaborate with department heads to address operational needs.Oversee and monitor the budget for operational expenses.Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and managed in line with company protocols.Prepare financial reports and audits in collaboration with the Accounts Team.Coordinate logistics and inventory management in collaboration with the in-house Buying and Partnerships Manager.Ensure the physical and digital security of company assets and information.
What you’ll need:

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Office Management with people management experience Experience working in the FMCG or Finance industry.Proven experience working with CRM systems and ‘Xero’ software programs is essential. Have strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and financial reports.Excellent communication skills with experience of liaising across departments and with high-profile clients.Tiger is B Corp Certified.
