Job overview

We are looking for a suitably-experienced and motivated person to join our Adult Community Mental Health Teams reception, based at St Andrews House. As a receptionist/ team admin support you will assist in the delivery of a wide range of services to the local community.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a highly-motivated, friendly, outgoing, reliable and flexible person to join our receptionist/admin support team.

Applicants will need the confidence and experience to be able to deliver a high-quality, front-of-house reception/admin support service, including the greeting of clients to our premises, dealing with a wide range of telephone callers and working as part of a team delivering an excellent support service.

Experience of multi-tasking in a busy office environment is preferable.

We are looking for a team player with a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to prioritise conflicting workload demands.

You will have good communication and organisational skills, together with IT skills (Word and Outlook essential), to be able to work with the general public both in person and on the telephone in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
