Future Fit has the opportunity to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive. You’ll be working alongside our well established Marketing and Creative Department, inside the Digital Marketing function, on the Digital Marketing delivery across all of the subsidiaries in our Group structure, with a particular focus on our core brand, Future Fit Training, which is a provider of leading Health, Fitness and Nutrition education in the B2C space.
Role and Responsibilities:
As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, playing a key role in planning, execution, and reporting across various channels, alongside the Digital Marketing Lead. Collaborating closely with our Digital, Content, Communications, and Creative teams, you will drive our Paid Media, Website Optimisation, CRO, and Digital Campaigns.

Your primary objective will be to enhance our digital footprint and achieve remarkable results in acquisition.

Essential qualifications and skills:
- Google Ads certification(s)
- Demonstratable experience in a similar position
- High level of proficiency with managing and interpreting campaign data - budgeting, reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, optimisation
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics & Search Console and other industry tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Experience of website content management systems (CMS) e.g. Word Press
- Experience managing a paid advertising budget
- Exceptional stakeholder communication skills
- Strong communication and collaborative skills
- Comfortable pitching ideas to management and understand what is good for the brand and driving revenue
- A ‘make it happen’ kind of attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
