The Role
As a Behavioural Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, both individually and in small groups.
- Build trusting, supportive relationships with students to understand their challenges and needs.
- Work alongside teachers and staff to develop and implement effective support strategies.
- Assist in creating and delivering personalized learning plans.
- Track student progress and adapt support strategies accordingly.
- Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
