Pupil Support Assistant
What skills and experience we're looking for
At Arboretum Primary School, we are committed to ensuring all our children fulfil their full potential. To support this, we are looking to appoint an experienced Pastoral Support Assistant to work with children to help them overcome barriers to learning.We are looking for an individual with experience of supporting children within a school, with training and experience in interventions such as Nurture, Thrive or play therapies. The successful candidate will be passionate about helping children to overcome their problems, with a caring manner that will enable them to build good relationships with children who may be upset or displaying challenging behaviour.
