The Role

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, focusing on technology and digital services.
- Advising on emerging technology risks and developing contracting strategies.
- Participating in AI programs and regulatory change projects, providing specialist advisory support.
- Supported stakeholders with contract management, including vendor management, and resolved major incidents.
- Collaborating with teams to enable new technologies and manage AI, cyber, and innovation risks.
- Contributing to process improvements and implementing new tools for knowledge sharing and reporting.
You:
- England and Wales Qualified lawyer with 6+ PQE, ideally within commercial law.
- Strong background in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in the digital space.
- Experience within financial services or in-house advisory roles.
- Exposure to cross-border, data privacy, and outsourcing matters is advantageous.
- A proactive, forward-thinking professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to stay ahead of emerging technology trends.
