For more information on the Job Description and Responsibilities please click the link below. More detail about the role Nursing Associate/Assistant Practitioner We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 4 Nursing Associate or Assistant Practitioner to join the Recovery Team.
The post will provide the opportunity to develop skills and experience across the Recovery units in general, orthopaedic and womens health theatres. The post holder will have a comprehensive Induction supported by colleagues and a named facilitator.
In addition they will be supported by the Recovery Practice Educator team who will support their individualised development programme and a 6 week supernumerary period. Previous acute in-patient experience is needed to enable the development of critical care skills in Recovery.
The successful candidate will have completed their Level 5 Diploma for Assistant Practitioners in Healthcare or working as Band 4 with the level 4 Diploma for Assistant Practitioners in Healthcare or have completed the Nursing Associate programme.
Working Pattern: 30 hours per week. Shifts over 3/4 days, some weekends and days Interview Date: Monday 18th November 2024.
