The home caters for up to 32 elderly service users who have a variety of age-related illnesses, such as Dementia.
Your role will be to work alongside a dedicated team, providing the highest standard of care to the service users, ensuring that their quality of life is maintained at the highest possible level through your care and attention.
Duties include:- Following personal care plans
- Maintaining health and safety standards and complying with requirements of the home
- General housekeeping and domestic duties
- Reporting condition updates and recording fluid intakes
- Helping patients remain as independent as possible and catering to their likes and dislikes
- Assisting with daily living activities including morning and night-time routines
- Working alongside support workers and care works to provide a complex care package tailored to individual needs
- Toileting/bed bathing and strip washing the service users

Ables to provide references covering the last 2 years of workHave an in-date enhanced DBS check dated within the last 6 months, ideally on the update service if not

Morning: 0700 - 14:15Afternoon: 14:00 - 22:00
Rate of Pay is £11.44 rising to £12.92 per hour after 12 weeks. we also pay an unsociable hour rate between 7pm and 7am at £17.09 per hour
