Key Requirements:
Proven experience of inter-agency and inter-professional working.Administrative experience of room booking, financial support, minute taking and answering the phone.
Must have experience of data collation, entry and analysis using Excel.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Customer focussed internally and externally.
Experience working within a training and / or a complex statutory organisation.
We are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join us as the Agency Training and Audit Coordinator. This role will be crucial in ensuring our GCC staff and Shared Lives Carers receive the highest quality training to support our diverse range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking, coordinating, purchasing, and monitoring training across In House Services.Liaising with managers, team members, training providers, and other external and internal contacts.
Working primarily from the office with occasional visits to other locations across the County to set up and facilitate training sessions.
Setting up bespoke training activities tailored to the needs of our services.
Monitoring training expenditure and working within a set budget.
Auditing training completion and assessing the quality of the training provided.
Supporting overall workforce development initiatives.
About In House Services: Our In-House Services offer vital support to adults with learning disabilities and older persons through a variety of settings, including: Three 24/7 respite services for adults with learning disabilities located in Gloucester, Stroud, and Cheltenham.
Six Day services across Gloucestershire for adults with learning disabilities and older persons.A 24/7 bed reablement service assisting individuals leaving hospital.
