This role is responsible for the line management of Outpatient staff in Cancer Care. The Cancer Care outpatient team deal with booking appointments and treatment for patients in Clinical Oncology, Medical Oncology, Haematology and Palliative & Supportive Care.They also work closely with the Patient Pathway Coordinators (PPCs) and the Trust Outpatient Administration Centre (OAC).

The ideal candidate will have demonstrably strong leadership skills, be willing to learn and be able to work on the implementation of improvements to the service. They will be able to work on reports to monitor the progress of the team to identify where to focus the teams efforts.
The ideal candidate will also have experience with recruitment and managing budgets and rotas for staff.
You will be an organised individual who is able to prioritise tasks for the best possible outcome.
