Graduate Cover Supervisor/ Substitute Teacher - Aldershot

About the Role:
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll lead classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. No prior teaching experience is needed—just strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in education.This role allows you to build essential skills in leadership and classroom management while working with students of diverse ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering pre-prepared lessons across various subjects to students in Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Creating an engaging, positive classroom environment while effectively managing behaviour.
- Supporting students’ understanding of lesson content and encouraging active participation.
- Following school policies on behaviour and learning to ensure a respectful and orderly classroom.
Position Details:
- Start date: November 2024.
- Full-time and part-time roles are available based on your schedule.
- Suitable for graduates from any field of study, unqualified teachers, and experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) seeking to expand their experience.
