They are now looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 35 hours per week.

The Role
As a Management Accountant, you will support the financial health of our client’s organisation, ensuring robust financial oversight and informed decision-making.
Specifically, you will provide high-quality and insightful management reporting, financial analysis, and business partnering across the organisation.
You will support the month-end process by preparing management accounts, journals, and reconciliations, ensuring financial data is accurate and up to date, while developing budgets and forecasts in collaboration with departmental leads.
Additionally, you will:
- Offer insight and advice to budget holders
- Support the annual audit process and statutory reporting requirements
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data across all ledgers
- Work closely with colleagues to support the broader finance team’s objectives
About You
To be considered as a Management Accountant, you will need:
- To be a finalist in ACCA, CIMA, or ACA
- Experience in management and financial accounting, including month-end reporting and budgeting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- A strong understanding of financial reporting and business partnering
