As a Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in our month-end processes. This position is perfect for someone with a solid accounting background looking to contribute to a dynamic environment while enjoying a flexible work schedule.
- Contract Type: Temporary
- Location: Blackfriars, City of London
- Hourly Rate: £20 - £25
- Contract Length: 3 Months
- Working Pattern: Part Time (3 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end closing processes, including building and posting journals.
- Conduct reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting.
- Maintain a solid understanding of bookkeeping, covering debtors, creditors, and the flow of numbers between the balance sheet and income statement.
- Utilise intermediate Excel skills (Pivots, SUMIFS, LOOKUPs) for data analysis and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to support overall financial management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong reconciliation skills and a clear understanding of accounting principles.
- Intermediate Excel skills are essential.
- Previous experience in gaming or entertainment is a plus but not required; your accounting expertise will be highly transferable.
- Ability to commit to 3 days a week for the duration of 3 months, with the majority of work conducted in the office.
