We are looking for a well-organised and enthusiastic individual to join the facilities services team as Office Manager/Personal Assistant. To provide a highly professional, comprehensive, effective and efficient office management and personal assistant service to the Associate director.

Attributes of the successful candidate will include very high levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality, calmness under pressure and friendly approachable style. They will be highly literate, with exceptional attention to detail, and will be able to effectively prioritise numerous tasks and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlines.

  • or the Trust has agreed that they will Sponsor you as a Skilled Worker and you will complete your studies within 3 months of the anticipated start date of employment
