The firm have offices based across Yorkshire and are looking for someone to join their Selby offices to join their expanding team. You will be given an excellent opportunity to work alongside a team of technically excellent residential conveyancers, Solicitors and support staff dealing with a range of high-quality residential property work.
You will be responsible for running your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include new build, transfer of equity and re-mortgage cases. You will work alongside several paralegals and legal assistants who will provide hands on legal/ administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years case handling experience within a residential conveyancing team. You will provide an excellent level of client care and will be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
