Theatres Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will have good administration skills and have the ability to organize and prioritize their workload whilst working under pressure and part of a team. You will need to be a good communicator and will be able to liaise confidently with clinicians, staff and visitors to the unit at all levels.
The team is busy and needs someone with proven high quality, customer service skills, and a commitment to focusing on accuracy and delivery. On a daily basis, you will keep patient's paperwork up to date, accurate and support the wider Theatre team with effectively managing all admin for the department.
