Electrical Commissioning Engineer

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £48-£55 Umbrella

• HNC/HND in relevant discipline
• Membership of relevant Engineering Institution
• IOSH managing safely certificate
• Highly regulated industry experience - Preferably Nuclear

Role information:

• Ensure activities are planned, assessed and managed so that risks or hazards are identified and controlled to ensure compliance with processes and regulations
• Organise and obtain sufficient resources to deliver the set out work scope
• Oversee works implementation to ensure it meets the necessary technical and quality standards
• Ensure safe systems of work are produced to ensure work is carried out safely
• Manage and control sub-contractors where needed
• Review and assess training and competency records
• Provide information and statistics reports to demonstrate performance against safety, quality, time and cost requirements
• Carry out workplace inspections
• Report on accidents and unplanned events
