SEN Teaching Assistant

• Assessing students' needs and using specialist skills to support those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Delivering high-quality learning experiences and targeted interventions in small groups or one-to-one settings.
• Building strong relationships with staff and students to create a positive learning environment.
• Demonstrating initiative and adaptability in supporting both classroom learning and personal development.
• Providing pastoral support, ensuring students' well-being and confidence in their learning journey.

• Relevant qualifications or experience as a Teaching Assistant (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare).
• Experience working in a UK classroom setting.
• A valid Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply for one.

• Competitive Salary: £76.92 - £90 per day (dependent on qualifications and role).
