As a Support Worker at Paragon Social Care, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of young people in care
- Supporting with personal care needs
- Organizing and participating in activities and outings
- Attending appointments and assisting with daily routines
- Cooking and maintaining a clean and organized home environment
- Contributing to staff meetings and working collaboratively with the team
