We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to provide general and 1:1 support across a verity of subjects. You will be joining welcoming and experienced teams, who are passionate about creating a supportive learning environment for all students.Schools will offer continuous support, professional development, and constructive feedback.
Role Duties:
- Supporting the teacher whenever required.
- Create a fun environment in the classroom for children to thrive.
- Develop a working rapport with the students.
- Provide a safe space for the students to develop their learning.
- Find an effective way to deliver feedback for the student’s efforts.
- Promote a child-led approach.
- Deal with potentially challenging behaviour.

- Be comfortable in a school setting.
- Have a strong motivation to improve their own skills in a learning environment.

Essential Criteria:
- Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (we can help you obtain this!).
- Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC).
- Able to provide two professional or academic references.
