The Team Leader will provide clinical and professional leadership to the Special Schools Nursing Team and the Training Team to deliver a high quality service to children, young people, carers and other service users. Working in partnership with health, education, social care ensuring that the Trust, Our Priorities and SEND agenda is reflected in every aspect of the care delivered.
