• Plan and deliver dance lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
• Teach different dance styles, such as ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, or contemporary
• Create choreography for performances and recitals
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and performance
• Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
• Stay up-to-date with current dance trends and techniques

• Proven experience as a dance instructor or performer in the desired dance style(s)
• Strong knowledge of dance techniques, terminology, and choreography
• Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate dance moves and concepts
• Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with students and create a positive learning environment
• Patience and adaptability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
• Organizational skills to plan lessons, manage class schedules, and coordinate performances
