As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
Our operation in Thatcham are looking for candidates who can commit to a every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shift pattern, working 32 hours per week between the hours of 18:00-02:30.

We provide free parking and public transport from Reading and Newbury areas is available via the number one bus or train which is only a 10 minute walk from site. We have a subsidised canteen with hot and cold food available in slots across days, nights and weekends.

What will you do & what will you need
The role will include handling goods from intake through to dispatch, loading and unloading vehicles whilst adhering to our health & safety culture at the site. Scanning and picking different products and moving stock around while working with our heavily invested modern electronic voice equipment.You will play a key role working as part of a warehouse team in a chilled environment, we’ll provide appropriate uniform, but we recognise it’s not for everyone.
