This position plays a vital role in creating an inclusive environment where our students can succeed both academically and personally.

• Offer tailored assistance to promote students' academic, social, and emotional growth.
• Support daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive setting for all learners.
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to implement personalised education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in managing challenging behaviours through positive reinforcement strategies.
• Promote student independence and self-advocacy through skill-building activities.

• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs, ideally in an educational environment.
• A true passion for supporting young people and helping with their personal growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging effectively with students, staff, and families.
• A proactive attitude towards overcoming obstacles and adapting to the diverse needs of students.
• Current safeguarding training is highly advantageous.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Hold an enhanced DBS certificate (child and adult barred list) registered with the online update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Provide two references covering the last two years.
