Reports to: Sr. Director, Sales
We’re looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our UK Transactional Sales Team. This senior-level role is focused on maximising revenue and growth from an existing portfolio of B2B clients.
You’ll take ownership of a defined book of business, working consultatively to understand customer needs, expand wallet share, and position BHN solutions that deliver measurable impact. This is a hands-on sales role with a strong account management focus, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do- Account Ownership: Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market to enterprise-level clients across multiple sectors.
- Revenue Growth: Drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities with a clear focus on increasing account value.
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Position BHN as a trusted partner through proactive outreach, solution-based selling, and executive-level engagement.
- Account Planning: Build and execute strategic account plans that align to customer goals and deliver mutual success.
- QBRs & Value Reviews: Lead structured QBRs and business reviews to demonstrate ROI, expand scope, and maintain strong client alignment.
- White Space Exploration: Identify new commercial opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging performance data and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop deep relationships across customer organisations to build loyalty and secure multi-threaded engagement.
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For- 4+ years’ experience in B2B account management or inside sales with a clear record of revenue growth and retention success
- Strong command of strategic selling, value-based conversations, and QBR execution
- Proficiency in building actionable account development plans and managing stakeholder relationships
- Sales mindset with a customer-first approach—able to listen, understand, and present tailored solutions
- Confident communicator and skilled relationship builder, able to influence at all levels
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-focused, with the ability to manage a diverse account base
- CRM-savvy and data literate—you use insights to drive decisions, forecast accurately, and track performance
