Company Secretary Manager

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary to join a fast-growing team at a leading governance services provider. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with the option to work from home part of the week. Join a dynamic environment and support listed plc clients with corporate governance and compliance needs.

Key Duties:

• Lead and deliver governance services for a portfolio of listed plc clients
• Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance, governance, and corporate transactions
• Attend board, committee, and shareholder meetings, ensuring compliance and best practices
• Mentor and develop junior team members
• Oversee client onboarding, billing, and regulatory filings

Key Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of corporate governance and listed plc requirements
• Proven experience in a company secretarial role
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience managing junior staff and delivering high-quality service
• CGI/ICSA qualification (desirable)

Hybrid:

3 days in office, 2 days from home.
