Customer Service Administrator

Are you a recent graduate looking for a role until the end of December? Do you have customer service experience looking for a temp role until the new year?

My Worcestershire based client are looking for temporary customer service advisors to join their fun and vibrant team to support the customer service team in their seasonal period.

In this role you will work in a friendly and busy team undertaking the following duties:

• Handling customer queries via phone and live chat
• Providing quotes
• Placing orders
• Taking order specification and manging the client account
• Checking orders have been dispatched
• Advising customers on the products

• Confident communicator
• Strong MS Office skills
• Good listening skills
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ver positive attitude
• Self motivated with good organisation skills

The role is Mon-Friday approx. 9am-5.30pm on site with overtime available

Due to the location you must be a driver

Start dates in mid October and mid November until the end of December

Pay rate- £11.44 per hour
