Service Demand Planning Associate
Hobson Prior is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you will help ensure that our resources are available when needed to meet customer needs across the UK and ROI. You will be part of the Service Excellence team, working closely with the Service Demand Planning Manager to support our strategic goals.
Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.
Responsibilities:
- Use digital tools to keep track of service needs and supplies, and fix any issues.
- Work with different teams to solve supply problems and make sure services run smoothly.
- Help with weekly meetings to discuss supply and demand, providing useful insights.
- Make sure data is accurate and processes are followed for managing inventory.
- Keep customers updated about changes in demand planning.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Basic education with a focus on English and Math.
- Experience in planning demand or working in a techfocused environment, ideally in healthcare.
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Familiar with CRM systems and good at analyzing data.
- Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders.
