Salary: £120 - £150 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed and passionate Teacher to take on a long-term cover position in Sunderland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a meaningful impact on students' education and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Monitoring and assessing students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to promote achievement.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment to support the needs of all learners.
- Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure students’ success and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching within primary or secondary settings (subject specialism may be required).
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
