Day-to-Day of the Role
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to children with autism, helping them achieve their personal and educational goals.

- Engage with innovative teaching methods and resources designed to support the unique needs of each student.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support.
- Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role with transferable skills, specifically within SEN settings.
- A strong desire to go above and beyond to make a significant impact on the lives of children with special needs.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
