We are seeking a dedicated Special Needs School Admin to become part of a team that is deeply committed to enhancing the educational experience of children with Autism and other special educational needs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the school.
- Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team to maintain records and manage communications.
- Engage directly with students, providing a friendly and supportive presence.
- Assist in the organisation of school events and activities that cater to the needs of our students.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role within a special educational needs setting, or similar transferable experience.
- A confident and proactive approach to working with children with special needs.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a DBS check on the update service.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
