HR Business Partner

This Senior HR Business Partner role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and evolution of a global team, with a focus on enhancing organisational health and culture. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting leaders and teams to successfully scale the business.Your focus will be on onboarding, engaging, growing, and developing people while adapting cross-organisational HR processes. You will lead initiatives that best support the team's development and growth.
What you'll do:
- Design, support and execute people-related strategy
- Provide strategic business partnerships and coaching to all levels of the organisation
- Proactively assess team and organisational needs, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions
- Design and deliver targeted solutions focused on scale and growth
- Take responsibility for the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Partner with HR Functions and Regional HR Partners for workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs
What you bring:
- Minimum 4+ years as an HR Business Partner
- Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams
- Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills
- Analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills with experience in using data to identify insights that drive action
- Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation skills
