Join a growing online retailer based in Guildford, who is actively looking for an enthusiastic individual to join and become part of their success!

As a sales Executive you will be responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships, re-engaging with customers, and reaching out to potential leads!

Your exceptional communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction will be key in ensuring a seamless sales process.

Sounds good? ..What will my Key Responsibilities be??..

Duties:

• Take and make sales calls, responding to customer tickets promptly.
• Vet new account setups for eligibility and authenticity.
• Build rapport with key customers and sectors.
• Follow call preparation guidance for outbound calls.
• Identify key decision makers and timing for purchasing.
• Support the development of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Proactively manage customer service escalations and customer satisfaction.
• Create accurate quotes, manage orders, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Monitor outbound deliveries and take ownership of customer follow-ups.
• Maintain knowledge of sales budgets and exceed goals where possible.
• Manage the refund process, converting customers into cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
• Record client activity accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about stock availability, competitors, and market trends.
• Maintain a filing system of samples and support sample loans for customers.
• Assist in trade shows and become a brand ambassador.

• Previous retail and customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong numeracy and Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms desirable.
• Can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Passionate about the benefits of sleep and the brand.
• Accurate and thorough in all tasks.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
