We is seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events.
• Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products.
• Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process.
• On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned.
• Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and areas for improvement.Qualifications:
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination (2+ years).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
