Accounts Payable Specialist
Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a new role of Accounts Payable Specialist for a well established manufacturing firm based in Birkenhead. This role is perfect for someone who is an experienced AP Clerk who is seeking for a new challenge.
The Role Duties and responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist will include:
- Statement reconciliation to the finance systems
- Processing invoices in a timely and effective manner
- Action any overdue accounts
- Inputting invoices onto the purchase ledger
- Completing weekly account statements
- Preparing payments
- Managing accruals
The Candidate To be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:
- Experience working in a fast paced AP role
- Extensive understanding of accounts payable processes and controls]
- Proficient excel skills
In return, the successful Accounts Payable Specialist will receive the following:
- Up to £26,000 base salary depending on experience
