The Role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be at the forefront of the sales process, directly impacting the success of developments and the satisfaction of customers. Your efforts will help create welcoming, sustainable neighbourhoods where communities thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, ensuring a positive sales experience.
- Negotiate sales agreements and contracts, balancing client needs with organisational goals.
- Understand property specifications and community features to effectively address buyer enquiries.
- Conduct property viewings, showcasing key features to engage prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Work with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process and resolve client concerns.
- Meet or exceed sales targets demonstrating a proactive approach to driving sales growth.
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in sales or negotiation, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A passion for quality and a commitment to delivering excellence through attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the property market in London
Salary & Benefits:
- £32-38K basic + £60K OTE
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to a maximum of 33 days with length of service
